Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985-Amendment to Schedule

Whereas the Central Government is satisfied on the basis of information and evidence which is available with it with respect to the nature and effect of the substances (natural or synthetic), or natural material and modifications with respect to such substances and the changes that are been incorporated in the United Nations Convention of Psychotropic Substances, 1971;

 

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by S.3 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Schedule of that Act, 1985, namely:-
