Co Operative Societies Rules, 1969 (Kerala)-Amendment of R.44

RULES

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These Rules may be called the Kerala Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules, 2004.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of the rules.- In the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969, in R.44,-

(i) item (iii) of clause (c) of sub-r.( 1), and

(ii) sub-rr. (4), (5) and (6)shall be omitted.
